Route:

Scrap steel is added to ladle→ converter gas + pulverized coal + oxygen combustion preheats scrap→ converter steel connection → enters refining;

Main technical parameters:

1. Oxygen consumption: 27Nm3/ton scrap×0.4 yuan/Nm3=10.8 yuan

2. Converter gas consumption: 50Nm3/ton scrap×0.2 yuan/Nm3+=about 10 yuan

or (blast furnace gas: 85Nm3/ton scrap)

3. Pulverized coal energy consumption: 10Kg/t scrap (calorific value 5500 kcal/kg) × 0.6 yuan/kg=10.8 yuan

4. Flame exit speed: 1.9--2 Mach

Field test, before use:

Steel production temperature: about 1610 °C

Bag temperature before refining: 1540°C (ladle temperature 700-800 °C)

Temperature of continuous casting bag after refining: 1580 °C

Refining heating electrode consumption: 0.3kg/t

Power consumption for refining and heating: 32 degrees/t

After use:

Steel output temperature: about 1600°C

Bag temperature before refining: 1550 °C (scrap and ladle temperature 1100 °C)

Temperature of continuous casting bag after refining: 1580°C

Refining and heating electrode consumption: 0.26kg/t

Power consumption for refining and heating: 26 kWh/t

Pure oxygen combustion ton scrap preheating cost:

Gas + pulverized coal: 20.8 yuan/t scrap

Oxygen: 27Nm³×0.4 yuan/Nm³=10.8 yuan

Nitrogen and circulating cooling water: about 1 yuan / t scrap

Consumption of refining and heating electrode: 0.26kg×20000 yuan/t=5.2 yuan

Power consumption for refining and heating: 26×0.7 yuan / kWh = 18.2 yuan

Differential ferroalloy: 20kg×6000/t=120 yuan

Scrap preheating labor cost: about 1 yuan / t scrap
