The lifting trolley is driven by the AC frequency conversion motor to lift and lower, and the speed change can be controlled during the lifting process of the oxygen gun. The traversing car is driven by an AC motor. The frequency conversion motor for oxygen gun lifting and lowering is powered by A-B frequency conversion speed control cabinet (the power supply of the frequency conversion speed control cabinet is provided by the normal power supply and UPS power supply to ensure that the UPS power supply realizes emergency gun operation when the normal power supply loses power), the holding brake motor and oxygen gun control power supply are powered by UPS, and the rest of the equipment is powered by MCC, and the voltage level is AC380V
Converter oxygen gun
There are three parts, the head, the body, and the tail. The function of the tail of the gun is to fix the oxygen gun to the transmission mechanism, and at the same time introduce cooling water and oxygen. The role of the gun body is to transfer cooling water and oxygen to the gun head, and it is also the part that sends the gun head to the working position. The function of the tip is to supply oxygen to the metal in the converter, so as to complete the smelting of molten steel. The main function of the oxygen gun of the converter is to convert the pressure energy of oxygen into high-speed kinetic energy, so as to achieve the purpose of blowing into the metal molten pool. In order to achieve this purpose, there needs to be a hole so that oxygen can form a flow rate (generally more than Mach 1) and shape, this hole is specially shaped, the most widely used is the Laval type tip, this tip can form a better oxygen flow rate and jet shape. Because the ambient temperature of the oxygen gun is very high, and the core area can reach more than 3000 degrees Celsius, the gun head is processed by copper casting, and cooling water is introduced to ensure that the gun head is not burned
