Hydraulic system
The hydraulic station adopts a separate hydraulic system, including: hydraulic pump station, oil tank, valve platform, etc. The following table shows the main configurations:
The working motor of the pump station adopts the method of 1 with 1 backup to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic equipment. The oil pump is connected to the motor by a flexible coupling. The pump set has a base with shock absorbing pads between the foundation and the base. The suction pipe of the pump is equipped with a valve and a rubber connector, and the outlet of the pump is connected to the valve block with a high-pressure hose, and a pressure sensor is equipped for pressure detection. Each pump is equipped with an outlet valve block for installing filters, solenoid relief valves, check valves and load fittings.
The oil tank is welded with stainless steel plate, and the oil tank is equipped with temperature detection device, liquid level switch, heater and other equipment to ensure the normal working condition of the hydraulic oil. The temperature detection device is a multi-point temperature sensor that alarms when the oil temperature is high or low. Level switches are used to detect the level in the tank and alarm when the level is low or high.
The hydraulic system has a return filter with a pressure gauge and differential pressure switch on the filter. The return filter is installed near the main tank. All accumulators are skin bag accumulators and each accumulator station is equipped with a safety manifold. For accumulators mounted on the valve platform, the safety manifold can be integrated on the valve block.
The oil circulation system circuit circulation device is used for the filtration and cooling of hydraulic oil, which is mainly composed of screw pump, oil return oil filter, cooler and pressure sensor, etc., which is a relatively independent working system. The filter is equipped with a pressure gauge and a differential pressure switch, which alarms when the filter is blocked and the pressure rises.
The control circuit is divided into locking circuit and tipping circuit, the cylinder action of the locking circuit is single, the hydraulic system is relatively simple, and the electromagnetic directional valve, throttle valve and hydraulic lock can meet the working needs of mechanical equipment. The circuit speed is slow, and the working position accuracy of the hydraulic cylinder is required, so the speed of the hydraulic control check valve control cylinder using proportional directional valve.

The hydraulic control check valve is a locking hydraulic cylinder that stops and dumps at any angle and has a safety protection effect. In the event of hydraulic system failure, it can return to the zero position at any position, and the shut-off valve next to the hydraulic lock can be manually opened.
Manual shut-off valves are set on the hydraulic inlet and outlet pipelines to facilitate the replacement and maintenance of hydraulic cylinders.
After the hydraulic line exits the hydraulic station, it is laid along the furnace platform to the valve platform on the equipment.
