The control of each gas in the valve station is individually controlled by PLC and pneumatic actuator. The main valve body of the pipeline adopts domestic high-quality products, and the flowmeter adopts the orifice plate flowmeter of the Ganges. The system is equipped with a measuring device for measuring the gas pressure of the pipe network and a pipe network adjustment device for adjusting the gas flow, and at the same time plays the role of compensating and controlling the orifice flowmeter, so that when the pressure of the pipe network fluctuates, the flow measurement value is compensated. Gas flow binning setting for continuous or intermittent oxygen blowing, this system is equipped with remote control of the console installed in the main control room.
The valve frame system consists of oxygen main circuit (one way), main oxygen (7 way), epoxy (5 way); The main gas pipeline (including gas inlet pipe and nitrogen inlet pipe) and branch gas pipeline (2 ways) are composed.
The gas inlet pipe of the gas line is used for the introduction of gas, and it is used by the oxygen gun on the furnace wall of the 2-way branch pipeline. The nitrogen inlet pipe of the gas line is used for the introduction of nitrogen, and it is supplied to the 2-way gas branch line for purging the gas line, and purging before and after using the gas.
