2.2 Electrode lifting and lowering is driven by hydraulic cylinder with Parker proportional valve, which has low failure rate and high sensitivity compared with traditional motor reducer structure. Automatic and manual operation is available. Arc current rectification range: 25%-125%. Electrode response time: 0.15S.
2.3 The electrode chuck adopts the structure of disc spring clamping and hydraulic drive loosening, which is reliable and long-lasting.
2.4 Electrode automatic lifting regulator adopts Germany Siemens PLC programmable controller control.
2.5 Furnace body tilting and lid lifting and rotating are driven hydraulically with integrated block hydraulic valves; 2.6 Water-cooled tubular furnace cover, rotary charging, steel and slag discharge when tilting.
2.6 Transformer primary voltage 10KV, secondary voltage 220-110V. no-load electric voltage regulation, top outlet method;
2.7 Cooling water system with pressure, water temperature and flow rate monitoring, sound and light alarms.
