1 Furnace bottom sidewall gas spray gun
The spray gun blowing in argon and oxygen gas is installed at the air vent of the side wall at the bottom of the furnace. The spray gun is mostly a casing structure, the inner tube is made of copper to enter argon-oxygen mixed gas, and the outer tube is made of stainless steel to pass the cooling gas argon.

(1) The cooling gas passes through the steel pipe and high-pressure leather pipe from the gas distribution package, enters the middle gap between the copper pipe and the stainless steel tube from the gun handle side, and enters the furnace.
(2) The main gas enters the furnace from the mixed gas package through the steel pipe and high-pressure leather tube from the front of the gun handle, and then through the copper tube. (3) When the working gas is stopped, the cooling gas enters the main gas pipeline through the secondary valve station, and the core tube can also be cooled.

3 Gas valve station
The gas control system of AOD furnace includes: gas supply system, primary valve station, secondary valve station gas supply system
The gas medium is processed by the oxygen plant, and after confirmation, it is sent to the gas unit by pipeline for storage, namely: 02.
