The main function of LF furnace:
a. Arc heating at atmospheric pressure to raise the temperature, temperature measurement and sampling, the final temperature control is accurate so as to optimize the pouring temperature.
b. Bottom blowing argon gas stirring, so that the liquid steel temperature uniformity, composition uniformity, purity.
c. Wire feeding, with wire feeding machine, making the liquid steel desulfurization, dephosphorization, deoxygenation, change the inclusions form and distribution as well as accurate control of alloying elements, and at the same time has a high rate of alloy yield, the liquid steel temperature drop is small, small environmental pollution.
d. Smoke and dust removal, with smoke and dust removal system, can effectively control the smoke discharge, so that the smoke emissions to meet the requirements of environmental protection.
